Good day, Looking for a room mate to share our 4 bedroom duplex. We are 3 quiet mellow people looking for same. We have pets so must like animals but sorry we cannot take in anymore. Room works out to be 650.00 for the room and 150.00 for 1/4 bills includes everything except cable. you would have to get a pvr for that. We have brand new in house laundry 2 bathrooms, a large deck and a BBQ for your use as well. Parking available. NO HARD DRuG USERS My 1 room mate is 420 but I am not. Smoking permitted outside only. Close to 50 bus stop. Walking distance to West Shore mall Wal-Mart and just about everything else. Option open for meals as I already cook for everyone else.
