We have 1 room for rent in our 3-bedroom home in Langford, walking distance to Langford lake, Westshore mall, Walmart and the bus loop. The home features a large fenced yard with semi-off-street parking. A sunroom, living room, dinning room, and kitchen. The home is fully furnished. The room is smaller with a large closet, twin size bed, located in the basement for $650 a month plus utilities. We have 2 cats and are open to another cat joining the home, (as long as they don't wish to eat our cats). We are open to people from every walk of life. Available immediately.
