Horse board for 1 well behaved horse $525........ also there is an option of renting the tiny home, brand new construction, we hope to have it finished for the middle of Oct, We are looking for a single person with good references, reliable, responsible, and has an attention for detail, for reduced rent or board . we would like to have someone who is able to look after the horses and barn cat when we go away. Horse board includes hay and minerals for your horse, horses have hay in front of them 24/7 we use slow feeders, large 3 walled loafing shed with pea gravel, nice sand ring, seasonal grass, small circuit of trails on the property , located on a dead end street. Rent for the tiny house is $875 and it includes, water, electricity, and heat, about 200 sq. ft with sleeping loft, living area/kitchen, and bathroom with shower, toilet and sink, we are not on a bus route, so a vehicle is a necessity and good tires for winter are a must, we are 10 min north of Costco, sorry still under construction, so I don't have any current pictures of the inside.
