1973 Moterhome would trade for smaller tow trailer in Gibsons, British Columbia for sale

This oldie but goody, is actually in decent shape, it now has a re built engine replacement by the previous owners, almost all of the matainance logs, and manuals included. The fridge has also been replaced as well. Its good decent tires total 7. I think it is about 22 feet long, but very well might be less
The odometer says 181XXX?
Seats/Sleeps six, 2 up top and the "love seat" and table fold down in to beds, table in upright seats 4 - 2 bucket front seats
The curtains and cushions are in decent shape
Functioning toilet/installed potapotty (shower + small sink)
Furnace/Air conditioner originals but still worked when I bought it, but I have never used it.
kitchen sink and 3 burner stove/oven, a big closet, cupboard, few drawers and storage
XXXX by XXXX sized awning - in decent shape
I left a vent open last winter, the vent got a bit wet, otherwise, the roof doesn't leak.
I do think that it needs a electrical diagnostic, maybe its burnt out lights and fuses, I really no nothing about electrical, it needs a new battery, and a fuse for the hazard lights. The engine has a small oil leak, I noticed a small puddle on the ground when I moved it.
