Guild CE-100-D in Gibsons, British Columbia for sale

Built by fine guitar craftsmen in 1965 in Hoboken, New Jersey, U.S.A. The quality of this instrument rivals anything Gibson was creating at the time. This is a Guild CE-100-D, serial number 40053. This instrument is in beautiful condition, it plays wonderfully and sounds amazing! It features natural blonde finish, Guild humbuckers, mahogany neck, top quality Grover vintage tuners and a vintage hard shell case (not a Guild case however).
The exact build date is hard to nail down, but the fact is, in 1966 the company was sold to the Avnet Corporation and they moved production from Hoboken to Westerly, Rhode Island in 1966. This guitar still has the original label and it says that it is built in Hoboken and places it's date of manufacture prior to 1966.
