Tiny house and horse board in Gibsons, British Columbia for sale

Tiny house for rent for 1 human (non smoker) $875 and board for 1 well behaved horse $525 we hope to have it finished for Oct 1. We are looking for someone with good references, reliable, responsible, and has an attention for detail, we would like to have someone who is able to look after the horses and barn cat when we go away, for reduced rent. Price includes hay and minerals for your horse, horses have hay in front of them 24/7 we use slow feeders, large 3 walled loafing shed with pea gravel, nice sand ring, seasonal grass, small circuit of trails on the property , located on a dead end street. The tiny house includes, water, electricity, and heat, about 200 sq. ft with sleeping loft, living area/kitchen, and bathroom with shower, toilet and sink, all new construction, we are not on a bus route, so a vehicle is a necessity and good tires for winter are a must, we are 10 min north of Costco, sorry still under construction, so I don't have any current pictures of the inside.
