Brand new Tiny Home ( 200 sq ft) for rent on our rural property in the Highlands for a quiet single person, new construction, sorry i don't have good pictures as it is under construction, we are hoping to have it finished for the middle of October, we are looking for someone responsible, reliable with good references, we prefer to have someone with experience working around horses, we need to find someone that can look after the horses and barn cat when we are away, duties would include, feeding horses, picking stalls and paddocks, cleaning and filling water buckets, and general barn duties, in all weather, horses are usually fed and paddocks cleaned 3 x a day (morning, afternoon and evening) for reduced rent, rent includes, heat, hot water and electricity, galley style kitchen, sleeping loft, separate bathroom, with shower, toilet and sink, we are on a dead end road, close to hiking trails, 10 min from shopping, 30-45 min north/west of downtown Victoria , we are not on a bus route, so you will need transportation and good winter tires, boarding your horse where you live, may also be an option.
