Located in the Triangle Mountain area of Langford, next to Havenwood Park, and a short drive to Westshore Town Centre, or Royal Roads University. This location is best suited for a tenant who drives. On bus routes 59 and 60, but they don't run frequently enough if bussing is your sole means of transportation.
Please note... we are a family with 3 young children living upstairs and it can be noisy in the suite at times. We want to be clear about that as we realize this may not be a good fit for everyone. No smoking of any sort please. Small pets may be considered on case by case basis (must be good with children and must ensure pets do not go to the bathroom in the backyard as that is where the children play).
