We are on the 59 and 60 bus routes. Rent includes one parking space and reasonable usage of hydro, water, and high speed WIFI.

This suite is in our family home, so we are looking for the right tenant to share our space with. We are looking for someone who is respectful, responsible and easy to get along with.
About us... We are a busy working family with 3 young children (2 of whom are in school during the day). We are friendly and easy to get along with and will always do our best to respect you and your living space.
